A little about myself and who your getting your massage from. I'm Crystal and I graduated from Colorado Springs School of Massage and got my license in Colorado. I got into massage therapy as another avenue to help others. I have been working as a home care CNA with the elderly which I love and is very rewarding but I wanted another way to help everyone. As a massage therapist my focus is to have you feeling better, better range of motion, and overall better sense of well-being. Since graduating I have learned a variety of modalities that I incorporate into my massages in order to give you the best treatment possible. At your first massage we will discuss what you are looking for in a massage and I will customize the massage session/plan based on your specific needs. I focus on quality and don't cut corners. I will give you my all to make sure you are 100% happy when our session is over.

For all massages I will be using Young Living essential oils. I have been using essential oils for the past 9 years and have found Young Living to be the highest quality oils. I use them in my daily life for everything. They can enhance the massage experience via the massage oil or by adding to a diffuser. I have an array of essential oils that can be used during your massage.

Sessions usually run an hour total:  5 to 10 minutes of consultation/prep time and 50 to 55 minutes or so on the table.
