A session may include gentle sweeping movements of Swedish Massage, with heat, compressive strokes of deep tissue massage, stretching and range of motion techniques. My intention and mission is to create a treatment session customized for you. Whether you are experiencing pain, or simply needing to de-stress, as my client, you will be treated with the utmost respect and honesty.  I strive to provide a comfortable and caring environment. Available for events as well.
